Equity Investment Capital (EIC), was founded as a Mortgage Consulting Company but quickly evolved into a Financial Consulting Company offering a wide variety of financial offerings.

The bulk of EIC  business is referral based; we have formed unique relationships with local CPA's, Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners and Insurance Agents that give a value added benefit to all of our preferred clients. These relationships and the experience they offer have enabled EIC to expand from its mortgage offerings into the fields of financial investment, debt management, and debt settlement services.
